Intended Use

This extension express the sub-procedure of a certain other Procedure or Condition. This enables building hierarchies of conditions and procedures or procedures and procedures relating to each other.   • Conditions and Procedures referenced from a QuestionnaireResponse** - To represent a hierarchy/tree of related Conditions and Procedures as the value of a QuestionnaireResponse item.
